FREE THIRTY MINUTES ONLINE STRESS REDUCTION CLASS
- Do brief meditation and easy energy techniques to reduce stress and maybe laugh
30 MINUTE MEDITATION CLASS – $7.00 per class or $21.00 per month on (Wed) @ 8:00 PM (Limit is 9 people)
- Use brief meditation and easy energy techniques to reduce stress and maybe laugh
60 MINUTE MEDITATION CLASS – $10.00 per class or $30.00 per month on (Thur) @ 8:00 PM (Limit is 9 people)
- Do two meditations and energy techniques to reduce stress and maybe laugh .

PRIVATE DISTANCE HEALING SESSIONS
Linda draws from the full spectrum of the many advanced One Light Healing Touch Energy Healing techniques in her sessions to help clients release negative, or blocked energy which can help to restore vitality, balance and wellness. Also, the clients can experience decreased stress which can help the body to relax. Sessions may include psychic information for your guidance and clarity.
- Linda assesses the client’s and/or pet’s blocked energies, remove unwanted energy, and then channels restorative energy to rebalance the patient’s energy system.
- Linda channels energy from her hands which travels across space and time allowing healing to occur even when the healer and recipient are separated by distance.
- Clients and/or pets receive the energy healing in the privacy of their home.
- Clients and/or pets need to be relaxed, resting and open to receiving the energy healing.
- Clients and/or pets may need more than one session depending on their level of their blocked energies.
